Sound Healing 

Michelle, an experienced Sound therapist, vocalist, music producer, and group facilitator originally from South Africa and now based in London for the past two decades, is the founder of Mind Like Water Wellbeing, established in 2017. Her work has garnered recognition in publications such as The Guardian, Time Out, Mail On Sunday, and the Evening Standard. 

Michelle is renowned for her distinctive immersive sound experiences and ethereal vocals. She artfully combines binaural and monaural beats, specific frequencies such as The Schumann Resonance, sounds from nature, and an array of instruments, including Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, a monochord, steel tongue drum, and her own voice.

As well as bringing her own unique set up of analogue and digital instruments, Michelle chose a combination of plants and 2 oil effect lamps to fit her natural aesthetic.

Our listening room comprised a simple analogue set up: an Omnitronic Rotary Mixer and Technic 1210 turntable.
