WHO?

rcrd rooms is a new venture from Sam and Will Potts - brothers, vinyl junkies and community driven entrepreneurs. 

Sam Potts has spent 15 years in the music industry across radio promotions (Columbia Records and Warner Bros Records), global commercial partnerships (AWAL), and event conception and creation (Buzz Jam / YGN). As a vinyl enthusiast and former resident DJ of Sink The Pink and Lovesick, Sam was inspired by trips to Bergain, Space, Subclub, The Arches, Brilliant Corners, Spiritland and Glastonbury's Block 9 to create a new kind of listening experience for music lovers.

Will Potts is an award winning lighting and show designer who trained at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music & Drama. Since graduation in 2006 he has worked in various creative roles with a variety of artists in different genres of performance - from contemporary performance art, theatre and dance, large scale corporate events, through to live broadcasts, arena size concerts and global touring. Will won a Knight Of Illumination Award for his design work with critically acclaimed electronic act Disclosure in 2014 and won the award a second time for his work with Sam Smith in 2015.
